Melissa Joan Hart, aka Sabrina the Teenage Witch, is revealing how she lost 42 pounds -- and admits it wasn't magic!

"It was as hard for me as it would be for anyone else," she tells People magazine, on stands Friday, of going from 155 pounds to 113.

Hart had her second son 14 months ago and soon after bloggers were berating her for her post-baby weight. "I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I've become," she says. "Everyone still thinks I'm huge."

Hart says she simply worked with both a nutritionist and a trainer and was fine with it taking her a while to shed the pounds because she didn't want to spend any time away from her two sons.

But she says she made losing the weight a priority because, "I realized I didn't have to be heavy just because I have kids."
