ET has your first look at the sexy new photos of a shirtless Levi Johnston holding his baby boy. In the July issue of GQ the 19-year-old opens up about fatherhood, the Palin family, and having his life thrust into the public spotlight.

In the GQ photos Levi is snapped in camouflage fatigues ready to go on the hunt, and as a caring but hunky dad, holding his son Tripp while showing off his gorgeous body. In the article Levi admits that he would like to be more involved in his son's life and has tried to contribute financially, but with his new notoriety and paparazzi following it is hard to hold down a job.

Levi also opens up his relationship with Bristol Palin and reveals that he felt Bristol's parents Governor Sarah Palin and Todd Palin didn't want the young couple to stay together.

"I know that her parents didn't want us together," Levi says. "So they probably put a little pressure on her. But at the same time, they told us they wanted us to get married when they found out Bristol was pregnant."

Levi goes on to explain the breakup between the two and admits it was hard for him because he definitely felt that he was in love with the mother of his child.

"I think we were in love, I wasn't one to stick with a girl for three years if I wasn't," he says. "I'm pretty sure you can call it love, but it's just amazing how fast it can change like that."

Although Levi isn't exactly sure about what his future holds he tells GQ the one thing he is certain about, "I'll always have my son."
