We're taking you inside Cameron Diaz's new movie, 'My Sister's Keeper.'

In 'My Sister's Keeper,' Cameron plays a mom named Sara Fitzgerald who is devastated when her precious toddler daughter Kate (Sofia Vassilieva) comes down with a rare form of leukemia. In desperation, she and her husband Brian (Jason Patric) conceive another child, a daughter named Anna (Abigail), who is a perfect genetic match and will be able to save her sister's life. The family, which also includes their eldest child, a boy named Jesse (Evan Ellingson), has their world turned upside down with Anna decides, at age 11, to seek emancipation to avoid being forced to give her sister a kidney. Alec plays a lawyer hired by Anna.

'My Sister's Keeper,' which is directed by Nick Cassavetes ('The Notebook') and based on a best-selling book of the same name by Jodi Picoult, hits theaters on June 26.
