Is Jon Gosselin already looking for a new home over a hundred miles away from his family's Pennsylvania estate?

Sources tell ET that the father of eight "has been looking at Trump Place," Donald Trump's luxury apartment buildings on the west side of Manhattan.

Could this apartment hunt be related to the "life changing decisions" that will be announced on Monday's episode of Jon's family friendly TLC reality show, "Jon & Kate Plus 8"?

According to a promo, Jon and his wife of ten years, Kate, will make an announcement on the reality show's next episode that "will affect every member of [their] family."

The promo -- which flashes phrases on the screen including: "A family in turmoil," "A relationship at a crossroads," and "Where do they go from here?" -- shows shots of Jon and Kate in a reflective mode and sometimes looking away from each other.

A voiceover by Kate says: "Recently, we've made some life-changing decisions - decisions that will affect every member of our family, ones that we hope will bring each of us some peace."

The special one-hour episode of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" will air on TLC on Monday at 9 p.m. (EST/PST). The show -- which chronicles the joys and tribulations the Gosselins experience while raising eight children -- recently surged in the ratings after the couple acknowledged marital problems.
