The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Danielle Staub says that she has taken legal action against her ex-boyfriend who allegedly videotaped her having sex with him.

Staub's lawyer filed a lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of the housewife that alleges invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her lawyer is alleging Staub was videotaped and photographed having sex without her knowledge by her ex Steve Zalewski.

"I almost feel sorry for him that [he] needs that kind of attention, you gotta grab mine," she says of Steve, who appeared on the Bravo show.

"We had a consensual relationship but what he is doing is unconsensual. I can't let my daughters be damaged by that."

Staub joined Queen Latifah and other celebrities at the Newark Celeb All Star Softball Game to go to bat for charity and the community.
