Thomas Mesereau, who represented Michael Jackson during his last molestation trial, reveals who he believes should get custody of Michael's children.

Speaking to Hollywood.tv outside LA's popular eatery Madeo, the attorney says, "I hope Katherine prevails because she's a very spiritual, very kind, very wonderful woman."

As for Debbie Rowe, "I have nothing against her at all," he says. "I hope they all work it out without litigation."
