"Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" is coming back to ABC primetime for its 10th anniversary -- and ET is with host Regis Philbin and actress Vanessa Williams on the set of the hit show, where celeb contestants are set to take a stab at winning the big bucks for charity.

"It was 10 years ago right around this time that we started this show, and we ran for about five years and we haven't been back on [primetime] for about five," Regis tells ET.

The talk-show host goes on to say: "I enjoy it. For me it's just a pleasure to come in and go through the whole thing again, and hopefully to give away a million-dollar check one more time before we wrap it up."

The anniversary episodes of the hit show will include new contestants, favorite former contestants, and a star-studded roster of experts who will be used as a lifeline.

The hit show, which was part of last year's Oscar-winning 'Slumdog Millionaire' plot, will bring back its Fastest Finger element and Ask the Expert, which is an element from Meredeth Vieira's daytime version of the show. The experts set to participate are ABC News' George Stephanopoulos, CNN's Wolf Blitzer and journalist Connie Chung, among others.

The special two-week event kicks off on Sunday, August 9 at 8 p.m. and will air for 11 nights up until its August 23 finale.
