Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski appeared on "Good Morning America" to put the kibosh on rumors that they weren't a real couple, and that Ed had been cheating on her. Now ET talks to Mike Fleiss, the executive producer of "The Bachelorette" and FOX's new dating series, "More To Love," about his take on their relationship.

"They are a real couple," he tells ET. "They are engaged. I am always optimistic about these things. I think they look like a real couple. I can see them staying together. She is such a level-headed person. And he seems like a level-headed person -- maybe they will be able to survive this media blitz."

When asked if all the scandals on both "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" could hurt the show, Fleiss says, "What do you think? Booyah!"

Meaning it is really good for ratings. But he goes on to point out that he has had some successes: The very first "Bachelorette" Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter are married with two children, season six's "Bachelor" Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado have finally set a date, season seven's "Bachelor" Charlie O'Donnell and Sarah Brice are back together, and next week last season's "Bachelor" winner Molly Malaney is finally moving to Seattle to be with Jason Mesnick.

"Our batting average is about 250," Fleiss continues. "I think that is pretty good. This show offers no guarantees, but it has worked. Ed, on GMA, said, you can find love."

This season's "The Bachelorette" was full of drama when it was revealed that one of the guys had a girlfriend, but no one would tell Harris who that was. Finally Jake Pavelka came forward and told her that it was Wes Hayden, who denied it. So did Jake just have the wrong guy?

"Wes was the guy," Fleiss says. "Come on. Have you talked to the guys in his band?"

When the new season of "The Bachelor" premieres, look for either Reid Rosenthal, Kiptyn Locke or Pavelka to be handing out the red roses.
