Chris Brown sat down with Larry King in his first interview since his February 8th arrest for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, and ET has the details about the interview that will air next week.
The R&B star spoke to the talk show host at CNN's studios in Los Angeles, and Brown's mother Joyce Hawkins was also there as well as his attorney Mark Geragos.
A source tells ET that Brown's mother got very emotional and started to cry during the interview.
Brown was officially sentenced in L.A. on Tuesday afternoon after pleading guilty in June to felony assault related to a domestic violence incident involving his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
Brown's "Larry King Live" interview will air Wednesday September 2, at 6 p.m. on CNN.
