Don Cheadle suits up to play Rhodey in 'Iron Man 2.' ET's Thea Andrews visited him on set, where he reveals some Hollywood magic.
Don is excited to be cast in a role that requires him to partake in action scenes. He told Thea, "It's nice to be in a big action movie and for once be one of the people that actually gets to be in the action as opposed to on the sidelines."
Though he leaves the dangerous stunts to his professional stunt double, he does get down and dirty with the physical labor that doesn't bestow a high risk. He said, "I think it helps the believability of the movie."
Rhodey's alter-ego, War Machine, he told explained, "is based off a protype that Tony Stark developed that Rhodey procures through the course of this movie." His character requires him to wear an elaborate costume that weighs about 60 pounds.
