A federal judge ordered Michael David Barrett, a man accused of surreptitiously filming ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and more women nude, released from jail on several conditions.
According to the Associated Press, Barrett is accused of secretly filming several women through hotel peepholes and then uploading the videos to the Internet. The judge ordered that Barrett be released with an electronic monitoring bracelet and barred him from using the Internet, the AP reports.
Barrett, whose attorney maintains that his client is innocent, is scheduled to appear in court next on October 23 in Los Angeles, according to the news agency.
