"The Iceman" cometh to the country two step on this week's "Dancing with the Stars," and only ET is inside the private rehearsal when Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell and Anna Trebunskaya get ready for the hoedown!

"It is more fun walking out for a fight [than on 'Dancing with the Stars'], because I am totally relaxed," the former Ultimate Fighting Champion tells ET. "Coming out here, I am a little nervous. When I get the first steps out of the way, I relax. Maybe I will relax more once we get going."

Chuck tells ET that UFC fighting is harder on his body, but that dancing is also hard work and there is a lot of skill involved. His pro partner agrees, joking with ET, " I don't make him bleed or break his bones."

Last week, Chuck and Anna danced the samba -- and the UFC star showed he had a sense of humor, wearing colorful ruffled sleeves. All the judges felt the twosome's samba was entertaining, but they still only awarded it 17 points, one of the lowest scores of the night.

So how is the two step coming along?

Chuck says, "It is going good in week four." And Anna shares, "My biggest challenge is not to get dizzy because we have a lot of spins."

"Dancing with the Stars" airs Monday and Tuesday nights on ABC.
