Madonna has returned to Malawi -- the birthplace of her two adopted children, Mercy and David -- to reportedly visit the girls school she is building.
The singer arrived to the country accompanied by her four children and is said to take part in the school's groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, the Associated Press reports.
Raising Malawi is a charity Madonna founded in 2006 and works to feed, educate and provide medical care to the orphans of Malawi.
The girls school is being built on the outskirts of the nation's capital and, according to AP, is similar to the school launched by Oprah Winfrey in South Africa.
