In an exclusive new interview, Ivanka Trump's wedding designer Preston Bailey sat down with ET to reveal what it was like working with the new bride!

"I met many times with Ivanka," he told ET. "This is a lady who knows what she likes and what she doesn't like. It was a matter of defining and changing it around and eventually we got it right."

And Preston was Ivanka's only choice. "I was actually her first call which I was very excited about," he said. "I was like 'Oh my God Ivanka's getting married how cool is that.'"

The Trump family has a long history with the event designer to the stars.

"Years ago when I did her father's wedding we were kidding around and I said, 'Ivanka, when you get married we should work together and she was like, 'okay.' And sure enough the phone call came through."
