Game three of the World Series will play a big part in standing up to cancer.

During the game, set to air on Halloween on FOX, a 30-second commercial spot for Mastercard's "Priceless" campaign will be a PSA for the charity Stand Up to Cancer. The spot will feature the live crowd at the game in Philadelphia, and will cut live to the ballpark at the end where "CBS Evening News" anchor Katie Couric (a founding member of Stand Up to Cancer) and actors Minka Kelly and Terrence Howard will encourage viewers to Stand Up to Cancer, as part of this year's World Series dedication to community service.

The PSA, produced by 'Spider-man' producer and cancer survivor Laura Ziskin, marks the first time that a Mastercard "Priceless" spot has been dedicated to a nonprofit.

Ziskin, a founder of Stand Up to Cancer, says of the project, "Collaboration is central to Stand Up To Cancer, whether it's within the teams of scientists whose work we fund, in the extraordinary partnerships we have among the people and companies that make up the entertainment community, or in our remarkable relationships with MLB and other generous donors. We're utilizing all these resources to build a movement of people excited about helping researchers who are on the cusp of major breakthroughs, but need additional funding."

Mastercard will donate $1 million to Stand Up to Cancer the first time a home run hits one of two "Hit It Here" signs in the outfield during the game. They have also committed to donate $1,000 for every home run in MLB during the postseason, adding up to $50,000 already.
