With only six contestants left on "The Biggest Loser" ranch, the time has come for the much-anticipated makeover episode -- and ET has a sneak peek!

"Project Runway" mentor Tim Gunn and hairstylist Tabatha Coffey help transform the final six with stylish new outfits to flatter their slimmer selves and complete salon makeovers.

"I don't think people realize what it is to put clothes on when you are a fat girl," a tearful Rebecca Meyer says. "The stuff you have to go through. I love clothes and I love shoes and accessorizing, and [I love] the fact that I can do it now."

"The contestants are amazing," Tabatha says. "They have worked really hard. Having the makeover is really emotional for them because it is letting go of the old person and the old perception of who they are."

The transformed "Losers" are then reunited with their families to show off their new looks. They are also asked to make speeches at a TV Guide magazine event.

Then reality strikes when there is another weigh-in and someone goes home.

The makeover episode of "The Biggest Loser" airs Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 8:30 p.m. [a half-hour later than normal] on NBC.
