ET has obtained Mike Tyson's booking sheet following his reported detainment by police at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The 43-year-old former boxing champ was arrested at 4:55 p.m., booked and later released at 8:24 p.m. His bail amount was listed as $20,000.
The Associated Press reports that Tyson detained by police on suspicion of battery following an incident involving a photographer at a United Airlines ticket counter. According to the news agency, the photographer says Tyson hit him, and the photographer fell to the ground and cut his forehead. A rep for the boxer, however, tells the AP that Tyson was traveling with his wife and 10-month-old baby and was attacked by the photographer. The rep tells the AP that Tyson was acting in self-defense to protect his infant.
The AP says that both the photog and Tyson want to press misdemeanor battery charges. They also report that Tyson was held in a holding cell at the airport, and that the photographer is being treated at a hospital, but will be booked by police upon his release.
Sgt. Jim Holcomb, the spokesperson of the LAX police, tells the AP, "There's a lot of different versions to this story and that's all going to come out later. There were numerous witnesses and that's what this whole case is going to depend on."
