Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber Hospitalized
Andrew Lloyd Webber was re-admitted to the hospital Tuesday night following reports made back in October that the famed composer was suffering from cancer.
A health update was posted on Lloyd Webber's blog stating that he had been hospitalized after an operation for his prostate cancer. "He has been advised that while the operation was entirely successful, he has developed a post-operative "chronic infection" which needs immediate treatment. He still hopes to back at work in the New Year," the post reads.
Lloyd Webber is a renowned composer, known for such works as Phantom of the Opera and Cats.
