Irina Shabayeva triumphed on "Project Runway"'s fierce season finale!
"I'm defintely proud of myself. I think this deserves a pat on the back, because I did have some stiff competition," the 26-year-old designer said after prevailing over her fellow finalists Carol Hannah Whitfield and Althea Harper.
"Your line was sleek, modern, cohesive and it told a story," Heidi Klum complimented Irina. "You knew what kind of woman you were designing for. And you really did articulate that to all of us beautifully."
Irina wins a fashion spread in Marie Claire magazine, a $100,000 prize and a Paris vacation.
