There are trap doors, a secret, revolving bookcase, a death chamber with moving walls like an Egyptian tomb, and lots of scary gadgets when the CSIs enter a vacant penthouse and discover a 100-year-old corpse on tonight's episode of "CSI: NY."

"The episode is called 'Death House,' and we discover through the course of the episode that this environment was designed just to trap people," Gary Sinise, who plays Det. Mac Taylor, tells ET. "It was designed by an inventor, so each of these rooms has some gizmos, gadgets and all kinds of crazy things going on."

The day that ET is on the set, the CSIs are trying to figure out the pieces of a puzzle created by the inventor who created the penthouse. The game that he invented is designed for people to play, but if you make a mistake, it can be the death of you.

"Our whole show is about solving a puzzle," Gary continues. "Figuring out the clues and how they end up leading us to the perpetrator and solving a crime. That's what our show is about. I think that's what makes it fun for the audience. This one is just heightened because it's like a house of horrors in here."

"CSI: NY" airs tonight at 10 p.m. on CBS.
