Jake Pavelka, the new "Bachelor," has to eliminate 10 women out of the 25 bachelorettes he meets for the first time on the premiere episode of "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love." It is a tough decision, but he gets a little help from last season's "Bachelorette" when Jillian Harris and her finacé Ed Swiderski drop by to make a special announcement.

"I am so glad you guys are here," Jake tells the couple. "I appreciate your coming in all the way from Chicago to help me out. I have such a tough decision to make. I honest to God don't know what I am going to do. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, but I feel a connection with so many girls."

Jillian advises Jake, "So this is the thing, what you need to remember is: Which one of them can you picture growing old with? Which one of them is the one you can be with in your sweats, unshaven and with bad breath in the morning? We are here to help."
