ET sits down with Dr. Drew Pinsky for his thoughts on the new season of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," which he calls "by far the most difficult for me."
"Boy, this was a group that was very, very tough. They were all affected in different ways," Dr. Drew says of his celebrity patients in season three.
This season, the series will follow Mackenzie Phillips, former madam Heidi Fleiss, Tom Sizemore, Dennis Rodman, country singer Mindy McCready, Lisa D'Amato ("America's Next Top Model"), Mike Starr from the rock band Alice in Chains, and Joey Kovar ("Real World Hollywood").
The celebs check in for an intensive 21-day program with both group and one-on-one therapy and non-traditional therapies such as art and music. In addition to Dr. Drew, drug counselor Bob Forrest and resident technician Shelly Sprague will return.
Catch the new season of "Celebrity Rehab" when it premieres Thursday, January 7 at 10 p.m. on VH1.
