Jason Sudeikis Talks Newborn Daughter Daisy and Olivia Wilde's False Alarm on the Way to Beyonce Concert

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis already know the baby sets the schedule!
Sudeikis wason Friday's Harry, an appearance that was postponed by the birth of the couple's second child, daughter Daisy Josephine, last Tuesday.
"I was supposed to be here at 4:00, she came out at 3:39," the 41-year-old actor told host Harry Connick, Jr. "She does not care about show business."
Even so, it would seem little Daisy is already a Beyoncé fan, since, as Sudeikis tells it, a few days before she was born, she caused a false alarm on the way to the "Formation" singer's NYC show.
"Daisy was born on Tuesday, but on Friday night, [Olivia] and I were going out -- date night," Sudeikis shared. "This is how confident of a lady Olivia is, she's like, 'Date night, we're going to go see Beyoncé.'"
However, due to an accident in the Lincoln Tunnel, the couple was stuck in traffic... which is when the trouble started.
"I don't know if it was the pressure, if it was the traffic, or the fact that we were going to be late. It was just bad in the back seat of the car," Sudeikis recalled. "We U-turned and got out of there. We figured it would be a bad scene to have the baby in a tunnel... and a little redundant."
Sudeikis explained that the couple got to the hospital, "walked around the neighborhood a little bit. Then, Daisy calmed down."
"I think she was just fired up," he said, joking. "Just sitting there doing the ['Single Ladies'] dance, like, 'I know where I'm going!'"
What a roller coaster night!
Wilde and Sudeikis had their first child, son Otis, in 2014.
The couple was spotted out on Monday for the first time since Wilde gave birth, looking happy, healthy, and great!
