Ricki Lake, Rachel Hunter, "Real Housewife of NYC" Jill Zarin and more celebs took part in a panel discussion about obesity in America at the Sundance Film Festival.

Ricki, who moderated the event, titled Obsession: A Luncheon of Conspicuous Consumption, said on the red carpet, "I've done every diet imaginable over the years. I mean, I've been, you know, 260 pounds, I've been 120 pounds, ... but, you know, I watch what I eat. I mean, I'm 41. I really monitor it and I work out ... and it's not even a matter of being a certain size, it's about how I feel."

Jill chimed in, "The reality of life is that people judge you by your appearance. I mean, looks count. People don't want to admit it but [they do], and that's the first thing [people] see is your physical being."

She went on to say, "I mean, it's just not healthy to be obese, it's just not healthy. It taxes your heart, it taxes all your organs. You can't exercise. You're uncomfortable. You have trouble buying clothes. I mean there's a million reasons why it's important to, you know, be within your BMI [Body Mass Index], be within your range."

Tom Arnold, who also took part in the panel, said, "I see a lot of pressure on women and men," when it comes to weight.
