Greer Grammer can't stop talking about her growing family!

ET caught up with the 24-year-old actress at ASPCA's Los Angeles Benefit in Bel Air, California, on Thursday, where she adorably gushed about becoming a big sister (again!) as her dad, Kelsey Grammer, is expecting his seventh child.

"I'm really excited, they are the best parents," Greer said of Kelsey and his wife, Kayte, who also share 4-year-old daughter Faith and 2-year-old son Gabe. (Kelsey is also father to Spencer, 33, Mason, 14, and Jude, 12, from previous marriages.)

"They have so much fun having the little kids running around the house," Greer explained. "They're going to have another one, and they love it! It's so exciting. They're just so happy, and my dad always wanted a really big family, so it's just cool."

Greer, who frequently posts cute pics of her and her boyfriend, Tyler Konney, on Instagram, also talked about having kids of her own -- someday, that is!

"[This scenario] is great for me because I love babies, but I'm not ready to be a mom yet," she exclaimed. "So, I get to just keep having little kids to play with and dress up!"

And although it will be quite some time before Kelsey and Kayte's kids start school, Greer says she already has some advice lined up for them.

"I would tell them to focus," she said. "I focused on boys a lot in school, which is normal, but just to really apply themselves. In school, I kind of did the lazy overachiever sort of thing up until college. In college I tried a little bit harder, but I think it's really important to do that starting at a young age."

She also hopes they'll each find something that truly makes them happy. For Greer, that was dance.

"School didn't necessarily make me happy the way it made some kids happy, but I found dancing," she explained. "I loved doing ballet. That was something I applied myself in."

But the best piece of advice Greer has for her younger siblings actually comes from her own mother, makeup artist Barrie Buckner, which is to always be kind.

"It's important to just care, to just be nice to everybody," she dished. "My mom gave me this great piece of advice when I was in fifth grade. She said, 'Be nice to everyone, because what's the worst thing that people can say about you?' like, 'Oh, I hate Greer, she's so nice.'"

ET also caught up with Greer at the red carpet premiere for her dad's film, Storks, last month, where she echoed her sweet sentiments about her soon-to-be sibling. Hear what she had to say in the video below!
