Mariah Carey and James Packer may be done for good.
Although the "Vision of Love" singer's rep told ET on Thursday that she and her 49-year-old billionaire beau were "trying to work it out," and unsure about the state of their relationship after a fight in Greece last month, a source tells ET that Carey and Packer have broken up.
A separate source close to Carey tells ET that it's "very unlikely Mariah and James will patch things up," though would not say whether the two have officially parted ways. However, the source does say that the 46-year-old singer's backup dancer, Bryan Tanaka, is not the cause of their troubles.
"The backup dancer and Mariah are just close friends," the source explains. "He is not a reason for any issues between Mariah and James. It’s no secret that Mariah loves having a big entourage around."
"The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah," Carey's rep revealed Thursday.
Meanwhile, Carey was spotted out at Nobu in Malibu, California, getting dinner with friends on Thursday night.
Among the guests was Tanaka, who an eyewitness told ET walked out of the restaurant ten minutes before Carey did.
Notably, Carey still rocked her stunning, 35-carat diamond engagement ring for the fun outing.
