Jon Bon Jovi is welcoming one and all to come party at his house in Bon Jovi's brand new music video. "Come On Up to Our House" sees the legendary rockers engaged in a good old-fashioned front porch jam session, while people from all walks of life make their way to join in. Watch an exclusive sneak peek below and see the full video here.
The song is featured on Bon Jovi's new album, This House Is Not for Sale, out Friday.
"I had been writing quite a bit for a record, but it came into focus when I saw that picture," Bon Jovi said of the black-and-white Jerry Uelsmann photo, above, which now serves as the album cover. "I had been through a lot in these last three [years], there's a lot of turmoil, and I was looking for focus. That picture, I promise you, just jumped off the page and said 'Hello.' And I said, 'I get it.'"
"It's an old grand house with deep roots that's a little beat up right now, but it's got a hell of a story," he told ET's Nischelle Turner. "The first thing I thought of was these four walls being representative of the four members of the band, and then there's a line and it says, 'This heart, this soul, this house is not for sale.' It's a record about our integrity."
When he's not playing rock god onstage, Bon Jovi says he's just a regular dad to his four kids with his wife, Dorthea Hurley. The couple's eldest son, Jesse, plays football for Notre Dame.
"I'm just one of the dads," the 54-year-old says of cheering his son on from the stands, "but then the marching band starts playing 'Livin' on a Prayer.'"
