The special performance was part of an annual charity event hosted by the Michael J. Fox Foundation, which took place at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City on Nov. 12.

This isn't the first time Fox has rocked out with his guitar and stolen the show. Over the summer he recreated his iconic Back to the Future school dance scene with Coldplay, surprising fans with a guitar solo during a rendition of Chuck Berry’s "Johnny B. Goode."
