The 32-year-old reality star demonstrates the exercises she uses to get her famous booty in a '90s-inspired workout video released by Vogue on Thursday.
"Hi, I'm Khloe Kardashian, and these are a few of my favorite sculpting moves to look great in a pair of jeans," the Good American designer introduces the tutorial, before showing off jump squats, back lunges and sandbag bridges.
"I'm all for women empowerment and I used to be someone they used to label plus size," she said at Fortune's Most Powerful Women Next Gen Summit. "F**k that. I don't want to be called that -- I'm a woman with curves."
