It’s Ryan Reynolds’ lot in life to be surrounded by beautiful women! The Deadpool star, 40, was honored as one of GQ’s Men of the Year on Thursday night where he opened up to ET’s Lauren Zima about life with his wife, Blake Lively, and their two daughters.

“I get more cool points at home for like, you know, changing a diaper or something like that, but yeah this is, this doesn't suck,” Reynolds quipped about the award. “[It] doesn’t suck, standing up there next to Warren Beatty doesn’t suck.”

When asked how his infant daughter compares to his eldest daughter, James, the actor replied, “Well, they look alike. You can see that she's sort of a little mini version of our older girl. But, no, it’s great. It's like an actually cohesive, working, functioning family. It’s amazing to see my older daughter taking care of my younger one. The Lion King was right! The circle of life exists.”

As for Lively’s recently push to shed the baby weight and get back in shape, Reynolds doesn’t quite understand it.

“I don’t know of what you speak with this ‘getting back in shape,’” he teased to ET's Zima. “She looks fantastic! So I don’t know. It's like, yeah, whatever we do to stay healthy is what we do. It's great!”

The couple welcomed their second child in September and are loving every moment.

"There's just more. There's more love, there's more diapers. There's more all that stuff," he said during an interview in late November.
