Beverly Hills 90210
alum Gabrielle Carteris is "always sending love" to Shannen Doherty as she continues to battle breast cancer.

"I know that she's really fighting the good fight," the 55-year-old actress and SAG-AFTRA president told ET during the SAG Awards nomination ceremony in West Hollywood, California on Wednesday.

Doherty offers an honest peek inside her cancer fight, chronicling both good and bad days on via her Instagram account, and Carteris hopes that the 45-year-old actress continues to be strong.

"I know she will," said the mom of two, adding that Doherty is a "fighter."

"God bless her," Carteris continued before pointing to the camera. "God bless you, Shannen."

While Doherty's absence from the ReWindCon last month made for a bittersweet cast reunion Carteris gushed about being back together with fellow 90210 alumni Jason Priestly, Jennie Garth, Luke Perry, Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling.

"I see a lot of the cast individually; for us all to be together I have to say that was really wonderful," Carteris gushed.

"Us being together, it was like we had never been apart," she continued. "We had so many things to share about our lives. It was really, really awesome."
