Blake Lively was a little late to the birthday train this week, but made up for it with a couple of sweet pics on Instagram.
The 29-year-old actress took to the popular app on Wednesday to send a little birthday shout-out to Taylor Swift, who turned 27 on Tuesday.

As for part 2 of 2? That would be Lively's brother-in-law, Bart Johnson.
