Hoda Kotb is looking to make a physical change in 2017.

The 52-year-old Today show co-host posted her weight of 152 pounds on Thursday morning, and revealed that her New Year's resolution is to lose some weight. "OK, I stood on the scale this a.m.," Kotb captioned the pic. "Time to drop some lbs! #starttoday #teamhoda."

The TV personality also encouraged her followers to post their weight and go on this journey with her. "Let's do this!! Xo," she exclaimed.

In addition to posting her weight, Kotb and the Today show team have been sharing health tips all this week. On Thursday's episode, nutritionist Joy Bauer shared that a simple way to calculate how many calories one should have in a day to lose weight is to come up with a goal weight and times that by 12. For example, if your goal weight is 140 pounds, times that by 12, and your daily calories would be 1,680.
