Shannen Doherty Completes Radiation Therapy, Pays Tribute to Doctors and Radiation Machine 'Maggie'

Shannen Doherty is hoping she'll never have to see "Maggie" again!

The 45-year-old actress, who is currently battling breast cancer, took to Instagram on Friday to announce that she had completed radiation therapy, paying special tribute to the doctors who helped her get through the treatments, as well as her radiation machine.

"Thank you Vantage Oncology and Dr Leslie Botnick. Thank you to all that work there, especially Anna,Vince, Mike (pictured here) and Jackie," she wrote. "And a big thank you to Maggie. Everyday you rotated around me, I knew you were zapping the last of those pesky micro cells lingering behind. Here's hoping I never see you again sweet Maggie!!! #lovethiscrew #cancerslayer."

Doherty definitely appears to be in good spirits. On Thursday, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star shared a cute video of herself dancing her worries away.

"Went from morning radiation to dance with Neda @jammalibu Now shower then back into town for second radiation. Had to move to stay motivated!!!" she wrote alongside the video. "@sarahmgellar get ready... you're up!! #cancerslayer and #slayer."

Doherty began radiation treatments in November, sharing with fans her very candid fear of the procedure.

"Radiation is frightening to me. Something about not being able to see the laser, see the treatment and having this machine moving around you just scares me," she wrote. "I'm sure I'll get used to it but right now.... I hate it."
