"I think we should toast to GLSEN!" Biel suggested. "It's an organization that supports equality, compassion and love for everybody. That's what we need now!"

"To GLSEN, and to the evening!" Timberlake said as the three raised their glasses. "May we not remember it!"

ET teamed up with Moet & Chandon's Toast for a Cause at the star-studded awards show, and donated $1,000 to stars' charities of choice.

Timberlake and Biel have long had a close association with the non-profit foundation, and were honored with the Inspiration Award at GLSEN's annual Respect Awards gala back in October 2015, where they thanked the organization for "starting a trend for change, a change that one day will make it possible for our own son to grow up and thrive in a world where ... all you have to do is be yourself."

"Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are tremendous supporters of GLSEN and our work to create safe and inclusive schools for LGBTQ students," said Eliza Byard, Executive Director, GLSEN, in a statement to ET. "Their support means so much to students across the country, to know they are seen by people in the public eye that they admire. Cheers and a huge thank you back to Justin and Jessica for choosing kindness in everything they do."
