The fitness-loving actress joined host James Corden for an intense workout run by a group of toddlers.

“I know you think you’re in shape but these instructors are going to beat you down,” Corden told Hudson. “These instructors are a nightmare. They made Dwayne Johnson cry, The Rock. They made The Rock cry.”

So the gang got to work, dancing to the ‘90s classic, Natalie Imbruglia’s “Torn.”

Hudson wore a white cut-off top with colorful leggings and a pink headband, fully committing to the silly moves as she leapt her way around the room.
