Tim Daly assured fans that he's "all good" after after a skiing accident that occurred while he was at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
On Tuesday, a source told ET that the Madam Secretary star broke both his legs while out on the slopes, but the 60-year-old actor cited his specific injuries in a recent tweet. "HUMANS!!! Broke my right ankle and left knee skiing," he wrote. "Simultaneously! How's that for talent? I'm all good."
Daly is scheduled to appear on a panel with his Madam Secretary co-stars at BroadwayCon in New York City on Saturday, but it's not yet known if he'll be able to make the event. "The Madam Secretary panel schedule will be the same," a rep for BroadwayCon told ET in a statement. "We're in communication with the Madam Secretary team and are hopeful that Tim will be able to join us.”
According to ET's source, the TV star's injuries could require adjustments to upcoming scripts of the CBS show, but Daly -- who plays Henry McCord, husband of Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord (Tea Leoni) -- is still expected to appear in every episode of the current third season.
Prior to Daly's tweet, Variety reported that the actor is scheduled for surgery on Wednesday, Jan. 25, followed by six to eight weeks of recovery time.
