Blake and Gwen, sittin' in a tree...

The gorgeous and talented couple will be back together on-screen when the upcoming 12th season of The Voice debuts Feb. 27 on NBC, and only ET has your first look.

In the clip, coaches Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Alicia Keys and Adam Levine take turns speaking about what inspires them, while we also get a sneak peek at their blind auditions antics. At one point, while attempting to lure an artist to her team, Stefani calls out her own success recording "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" with her beau.

"That is so inappropriate to talk about us hooking up," Shelton quips back.

"I know two women coaches is really working, as you can see," gushed Keys, sharing a hug with Stefani.

"I don't feel like there's any kind of boundaries," Stefani adds. "So anything can go."

But before The Voice kicks back into high gear, Shefani will celebrate their second Valentine's Day as a couple. So, what might the "Guy With the Girl" singer have planned for his special lady?

"I'm one of those guys that's always last minute, like, 'Oh dammit. It's here, it's here!' Get some flowers or something," he told ET backstage at the People's Choice Awards, where he took home the awards for Favorite Country Male Singer and Favorite Album, earlier this month.

"I'm not good at planning surprises when it comes to Valentine's Day,” he confessed, “but we'll definitely celebrate."
