Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown is starting his off-season by giving back.

While in Houston for the Super Bowl LI festivities, the 28-year-old NFL Pro Bowler took time out to visit the kids at Texas Children's Hospital with ET's Kevin Frazier, and they didn't go empty-handed!

"We are going to hand out a bunch of footballs and jerseys," Frazier said.

"And we're excited to be here!" Brown added.

Prior to their hospital visit, Brown and Frazier made football fans' dreams come true at the NFL Shop at Super Bowl LI Presented by Visa.

"We are going to take our Visa payment rings and surprise and delight fans who have no idea that we're going to buy them a bunch of stuff," Frazier explained from inside the NFL Experience Driven by Genesis at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

"We're going to pay like a champion," Brown chimed in. "It's going to be fun."
