Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to a come-from-way-behind win in overtime at Super Bowl LI on Sunday, and the MVP quarterback's post-game emotions ran the gamut from overwhelmed to overjoyed.
The 39-year-old superstar -- whose big win at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, makes him the only NFL quarterback with five Super Bowl victories -- could barely contain his astonishment and excitement over his historic turnaround as he was presented with the Vince Lombardi Trophy under a rain of red, white and blue confetti.

The big win was extra special for Brady’s mother, Galynn Brady, who is reportedly battling an undisclosed illness.
The four-time Super Bowl MVP, who was drafted by the Patriots in 2000, also made sure to share the moment with the team’s owner, Robert Kraft, after the surprising upset.
