Tom Brady Shares Emotional Moments With Family and Teammates After Super Bowl Victory

The NFL MVP couldn't contain his excitement over earning his historic 5th Super Bowl victory.

led the New England Patriots to a come-from-way-behind win in overtime at Super Bowl LI on Sunday, and the MVP quarterback's post-game emotions ran the gamut from overwhelmed to overjoyed.

The 39-year-old superstar -- whose big win at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, makes him the only NFL quarterback with five Super Bowl victories -- could barely contain his astonishment and excitement over his historic turnaround as he was presented with the Vince Lombardi Trophy under a rain of red, white and blue confetti.

Although, when the disbelief subsided, Brady got pretty enthusiastic.

After the big win, Brady shared the moment with the people who are important in his life -- his wife, Gisele Bundchen, and their kids, 7-year-old Benjamin and 4-year-old Vivian.

He held his young daughter -- who was wearing her dad's Jersey -- and gave his wife an emotional kiss.

The big win was extra special for Brady’s mother, Galynn Brady, who is reportedly battling an undisclosed illness.

The four-time Super Bowl MVP, who was drafted by the Patriots in 2000, also made sure to share the moment with the team’s owner, Robert Kraft, after the surprising upset.
