The Duggar family is expanding.

On Monday, 24-year-old Jessa (Duggar) Seewald and her husband, Ben Seewald, confirmed that they've welcomed their second son together.

"We are so happy to announce the arrival of our sweet second son," a post on the family's official website reads. "He was born at 4:26 a.m. this morning, weighing 8 lbs and 11 ounces and measuring 21 3/4 inches long. Mom and baby are both doing well."

"We are so thankful to God for this precious new gift of life and are excited to be a family of four!" the post continues. "Thanks to everyone for your prayers and well wishes!"

Jessa and 21-year-old Ben announced they were expecting in August. The couple is already parents to their son, 1-year-old Spurgeon.

Interestingly enough, Jessa's older sister, 25-year-old Jill (Duggar) Dillard, is also expecting her second child with her husband, Derick Dillard -- another baby boy! The two welcomed their son, 1-year-old Israel, in April 2015.

"The next Dillard baby is a boy," Derick, 27, announced in a video posted to TLC's website last week. "Israel didn't really understand what was happening but he's just excited because other people are excited, so he's just excited about his new little baby brother."

"We're really excited about having another son," Jill added. "I know that Israel and this little one will be best friends."
