The 31-year-old says she has the utmost respect for single mothers.

Chrissy Teigen makes motherhood look easy, but the 31-year-old model wants everyone to know she has a lot of help.

ET's Jennifer Peros sat down with Teigen in New York City on Thursday, where she opened up about finding time for date nights with husband John Legend -- admitting that they're "lucky" to have support behind-the-scenes.

"We're very lucky to be able to do that," Teigen said. "Not a lot of people can do that: can go on date nights, can have a sitter, have someone take care of their baby. 'Me time' is important, but not everybody can do it."

"Every time I look at [my daughter] Luna, I wonder, 'How on earth does anybody do this alone?' I have the utmost respect for mothers [and] single mothers," continued Teigen, adding that she thinks it's "important to be very honest with people" about the help she receives.

"I have my mother who lives with us, I have John, I have a nanny. I'm very outspoken about it, and when I see that I still have a difficult time, I just don't know how anyone else does it," she shared.

Teigen looks flawless in new photos from the latest Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, which she shot just six months after giving birth to baby Luna, but says she wouldn't be able to get back into shape so quickly without "access" to special resources.

"I just have so much respect for everybody and I think it's… we're given all the tools to be able to get ourselves together and to be able to leave the house for a little bit and go work out and eat well, and I think that's not something that everyone has access too."

"I've never had more appreciation for anyone in my entire life until I became a mom," she added.
