Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka are officially official!
The 46-year-old singer called Tanaka
her boyfriend for the first time during a recent interview with the Associated Press.
"I'm just going to be like, 'I really don't talk about my personal life.' Because that's what I used to do and it really worked for a minute, back, a while ago," Carey told the outlet, smiling. "I just don't feel comfortable talking about my personal life... Me and my boyfriend don't want to do that."
"Roc and Roe do get to come," she revealed.
"They love to go onstage and, actually, they are very musical already. They have their school, and they have their teacher. There are doing really well, but they don't love the school, let's just put it that way. But they are happy when they get to go with me on tour and there's other kids there, too, so it's good," she added.
Though her interview with AP is the first time Carey has referred to Tanaka as her boyfriend, the singer proudly opened up about her beau to ET
earlier this month.
"He's overall romantic," Carey gushed. "He's got a lot of amazing qualities."
Romantic, indeed! In fact, the couple spent Valentine's Day together soaking in a steaming hot tub
