RiRi turned 29 on Monday!

Drake still loves his RiRi! Though the Canadian rapper split from Rihanna last year, he had no problem celebrating the “Rude Boy” singer’s 29th birthday during his Dublin, Ireland concert on Monday.

“It’s somebody’s birthday today – somebody I have a lot of love for and a lot of respect for,” he told the audience. “So, instead of singing ‘Happy Birthday,’ though, we just gonna do this in Dublin tonight. Instead of singing ‘Happy Birthday,’ we’re going to set it off just like this…,” before his collaboration song “Work” started playing.

“You better sing this s**t for RiRi’s birthday right now,” Drake shouted.

Drake has never been shy about showing his affection for Rihanna, though the pair are no longer dating.

Back in August, he presented the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the MTV VMAs to Rihanna and couldn’t stop gushing about her to the cheering crowd.

"She's someone I've been in love with since I was 22 years old," he said at the time. "She's one of my best friends in the world. All my adult life, I've looked up to her, even though she's younger than me. She's a living breathing legend in our industry."

Following that public display the pair stepped out, confirming their relationship and even getting matching tattoos. They split several months later and Drake has since been linked to Jennifer Lopez, though they have ended their romance as well.

A source previously told ET that Drake and J.Lo’s relationship had “fizzled.” For more on what went wrong, watch the clip below.
