A slew of fans took to Twitter to point out the performance's political references and fun props, including what seems to be a noticeable dig at President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Theresa May.

"Did anyone else realise the skeletons on Katy Perry's Brit Awards performance is Theresa May and Donald Trump?" one fan wrote. "#BRITs2017."
