Who knew Jimmy Kimmel was such an artist?

"Dear @TheEllenShow , I made my daughter #Dory pancakes to celebrate seeing you today," the Jimmy Kimmel Live host wrote on Twitter, alongside photos of himself in action.

Not to be outdone, DeGeneres cleverly responded by listing her own breakfast accomplishment. "That is crazy," she replied. "I made Portia @JimmyKimmel pancakes this morning."

While pancakes are a great start to the day while Kimmel gears up to host the Oscars on Sunday, DeGeneres also offered the expecting father a few pre-show tips, from one host to another.

DeGeneres kindly brought out beauty expert Kym Douglas during Kimmel's appearance on her show, who showed the late night host everything he needs to do to get ready before the big day -- including wearing a lace mask, waist trainer, and literal sweat pants.
