Miranda Kerr Congratulates 'Love' Evan Spiegel as Snapchat Goes Public -- See the Cute Pics!
Miranda Kerr is a proud fiancée!
The 33-year-old model took to Snapchat on Thursday to share snaps from the New York Stock Exchange, as her fiancé, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, took the company public.
Snap Inc. opened at $24 a share, up from the $17 a share they initially priced themselves at. According to CNBC, the $24 rate puts the company's market capitalization at about $33 million.
Kerr shared tons of cute pics from the big day, from selfies to yellow Snapchat signs to Spiegel ringing the NYSE bell.
"Congratulations to my love and Snap Inc ??," she wrote alongside a sweet Instagram pic of her fiancée in front of yellow Snapchat balloons.

ET caught up with the model last month, where she gushed about planning her upcoming wedding.
"It's coming along, that's about all I can say," she said, adding that her dress is currently being custom-made. "It's very exciting."
