Centurion XII, the dancing horse, showed off his skills to a Barry White song on Valentine's Day! The performing horse, who experienced 10 years of abuse and rehabilitation was given a forever home where his owners fostered his dancing talent. He has since raised over $75,000 to help the food insecure in and around Napa Valley, California.

Ricky Martin, meanwhile, celebrated his upcoming Vegas residency on Feb. 23 with his boyfriend, Jwan Yoself, producer Debbie Ohanian and close friends at Juvia in Miami Beach, Florida. The group enjoyed music on the rooftop terrace and enjoyed signature Juvia highlights, like the Hamachi Espuma, Lobster Salad and Seabass.
Also in Florida, Martha Stewart hosted a VIP dinner for the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, part of the New York Times Cooking Dinner Series, along with the owner Sacha Lichine of Whispering Angel Rose. The $500 a head dinner was a benefit to support Women of Tomorrow, a mentoring and scholarship program that supports at risk young women. The black truffle and rosé themed dinner was held at Stephen Starr's Le Zoo restaurant in Bal Harbour Shops, where Stewart gave a brief speech and quipped about being so happy to be there as she was starved because she spent the whole day in the Everglades where they did not serve any food!
