Nothing can keep the queen from her favorite hobby -- not even age.

Queen Elizabeth II was spotted trotting around on a horse at Windsor Castle on Monday.

The 90-year-old monarch looked to be in great spirits while riding her gorgeous mare, Cartlonlima Emma, as her Head Groom Terry Pendry followed close behind her.

This is the first time the queen has been spotted riding since her five-week break from the public eye in December and January after suffering a "heavy cold."

Her Royal Highness made her first appearance since recovering form her illness in early January, as she attended church at St. Mary Magdalene in Sandringham, England, with her husband, Prince Philip.
