The 26-year-old actress embraced her title role as Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Monday, when she wore a long yellow Dior Haute Couture gown for an event with the NY Film Society for Kids at Lincoln Center in New York City. Watson completed the princess look with an elegant updo and a simple necklace.
Clearly, the comparisons between the stunning spaghetti strap dress and Belle's iconic yellow ruffle ball gown are obvious.

ET spoke to Watson at Beauty and the Beast's NYC premiere on Monday night, when she said she missed Beyonce and daughter Blue Ivy's surprise appearance at the film's world premiere in Los Angeles earlier this month.
"I didn't [see her], but I was so touched to see Beyonce and Blue Ivy dressed up together to see the movie," Watson said.
